This policy explains what information the Dealer Kavach mobile app ("the app", "Dealer Kavach") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Dealer Kavach is operated by VRUOOM PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). The app is a support and operations tool for fuel and petrol-pump dealers and their staff.
Dealer Kavach is used by fuel-dealer owners, managers, and staff. You use the app through an account created for your dealership. This policy covers everyone who signs in and uses the app.
We collect only what the app needs to work. We do not collect data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data.

Dealer Kavach does not collect your precise or approximate physical location, and does not access your contacts.
On our website, we measure how our films are watched (for example, how much of a film is played, whether the sound was turned on, and the city or state a view came from) so we can make them better. This is anonymous: it carries no name, phone number or account.
When you ask us to call you back, on our website or under one of our films, we receive the name, mobile number and (if you give it) pump name you type, and the code of the link you opened, if it had one. They go to our team's inbox and are used only to call you back about Dealer Kavach.
When you send us a grievance on our website, we receive the name, mobile number and email address you type, the pump name or code if you give it, and what you write to us. They go to our team and are used only to look into your grievance and reply to you. We email you a grievance number so you can give it to us when you call or write.
Encryption in transit. All data exchanged between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
We keep your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
We use trusted third-party processors to run the app. They process data only on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your data to them and they do not use it for their own advertising.
A payment for a subscription is taken by Razorpay, on its own secure page that opens from a payment link or in a web browser, by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login details; Razorpay handles them, under its own terms and privacy policy.
What we keep is the record of the payment: its reference, the amount, the method used (for example UPI or card) and its status. We keep it to show you a receipt, to match the payment to your outlet, to deal with a refund, and to meet our tax and accounting duties. Refunds are explained in our Refund and cancellation policy.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Messages, photos, and voice notes you send are shared only with the intended recipients — your own dealership team and our support staff. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
To request deletion of your account and personal data, email hello@mdgservices.in from the address linked to your account, or ask your dealership admin to raise the request. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time and delete data we are not required to keep by law.
Dealer Kavach is a business tool intended for dealers and their staff. It is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
